Lauren's first camping trip

Last year was Alex's first time camping. This year, we decided Lauren was old enough to join us. They were both excited about sleeping in a tent and shining their flashlights.

We spent the day playing in the water, visiting the Sugarland Visitor's Center, and eating food. They both had fun sitting around the camp fire eating smores (so did Mommy and Daddy).

The next morning we had doughnuts and chocolate milk ( I think this made the kids' day). We all had such a great time, I think we'll go for a couple of days next year instead of just one. Maybe multiple times! I'm so glad our children love to camp!
