I still can't believe that we celebrated our 10th wedding anniverary this year! Not that I'm surprised that we're still married, just that it's been 10 years. Seems like it hasn't been that long.
So what do you get your spouse after 10 years of marriage? I mean, you've been together for awhile, been through many birthdays, Christmases, anniversaries. What's left to give? Well my present was Daisy, our sweet Golden Retriever:
For Mike, we converted part of our rec room into a "Man Cave." Got some UT decorations and a new TV. Just need to get an HD receiver in there and he'll be ready to go. I'm just now realizing that I haven't taken any pictures of the room so I'll have to do that after we get that receiver.
For our dinner, I cooked stuffed chicken breast, veggies and some bread. It was super easy since we got all the stuff from a local market. We were each able to get our own desserts too!
We also got to open a box that we sealed after our wedding 10 years ago. Our guests and Mike and I made predictions about what we would be doing/have 10 years in the future. Some were pretty funny and we had a good laugh.
