We're Back!!

Wow! Has it really been 7 months since I posted last?! To be honest, I needed the break. I was getting to the point where I had way too much going on. I scaled back on a lot of my activities. I realized that I was spending more time on my computer than with my family and that just wasn't a good thing. So little by little I'm adding some activities back. We'll see how this blogging goes.

So what's happened in 7 months? Hmm...A TON!!!!

• Lauren has started preschool and is doing great!
• Alex has joined Cub Scouts and LOVES it!
• Mike became assistant den leader and has been involved in the Pinewood Derby and other Cub Scout activities the pack can convince him to do. :^)
• We almost lost Tigger. Thank goodness he's better!
• We had a great Christmas and Santa brought the kids some great presents.
• We got a new family member, our big puppy Daisy.
• We got a ton of snow this winter (for East Tennessee) and we got to build a couple of snowmen (we're usually lucky if we get to build one).
• I got in my first car accident in probably 15 years (not my fault and as I write this the van is in the shop getting fixed).
• And other activities that go along with having two children in school.

I'm going to try to start posting from Valentine's Day this year. Hopefully I'll be able to keep up with posting but if not, you'll know I've gotten busy again. ;^)
